When the Claw machine makes it easier, do you get the feeling of trying for more?

Especially in cases, with 2-Claw UFO Catcher machines, when a prize is being lifted or shifted over an expected extent. There may be the excitement of wanting to get another prize or the judgement of your luck helping you instead of skill. But it is all about how fun it is when you play and the joy of getting something more when its unexpected.

I still get those times where I am not focused on what I am doing and it leads me to unexpected results whereas when i am focused and still can’t get anything. This video involves shifting of the toy to the center. Since its body is smaller than the head, it can be assumed that the body weighs lighter in comparison to its head.

These are the areas that i aimed for to shift it:

• Behind the shoulder
• Between the ribbon

There are 2 variation for the prize, one with the arms attached to the front and the other at its side and not attached. These difference usually requires different ways and methods to win the plush. BUT! In this case, there isn't a need to change the shifting strategy as mentioned above.

However!!!

There are still cases where the prize will shift in another position that requires the precise aim of one claw. One example, that i can think of, would be when a prize has its head at the prize chute. And here you would be thinking, can’t you just lift it between the legs? Well, that is really logical as the heavy part is already at the end. Yet, if you consider the claw strength, there is a higher chance of it falling back down before it can be flipped. If its a claw that allows you to pick it up by balance and it doesn’t release its grip before reaching the prize chute, I especially recommend you to do it!

Temptation to Win

I always stop after winning a prize but not this time! I had the urge to just play till I get the full set! Cinamoroll is really cute and when it was wearing the gingham ribbon, i just couldn’t resist it.

Truth: I wanted to keep both.

Reality: I have too much toys on my bed! (> ~ <)|||

So~ I have no choice but to sell them away… If possible, I wish they get a good home and get lots of love from their owners. But I still want 1 for myself!

To resolve this, I went to get another one, the Cinamoroll with the red ribbon. NOW-> It’s on my bed and right beside my pillow~ It’s so fuwa fuwa~♡

Wait! Do you ever fail at getting something?

How? Indeed I do fail at most UFO Catchers! There are many times where I will try my luck and move along when it does not work out. I have a video on that already but let's leave this for another post! (^ W ^)/

So how many tries and how much spent?

I took 10-17 tries for each prize as seen in the video and total amount spent was around S$90-95.
